Features:

1. It adopts full servo motor drive, vertical sealing and horizontal sealing, and flat cutter. PLC control, stepless speed regulation, and touch screen operation make the machine run smoothly, benchmarking accurately, low noise, simple and convenient operation.

2. Longitudinal sealing, horizontal sealing, re-horizontal sealing and continuous batch numbering. Each station of the cutter is driven by a separate servo motor, which makes the machine more automatic and easier to operate and maintain.

3. Multi-stage controllable heating is used to make the temperature of the entire heat-sealing roller uniform, so as to ensure more stable heat-sealing performance.

4. The automatic correction device for the left and right sides of the film is used to make the pattern of the packaging bag more accurate.

5. The horizontal seal adopts two seals, the first is a non-patterned heat-sealing roller, the second is a patterned heat-sealing, and the batch number steel is finished at the same time. Other manufacturers use a horizontal seal with a pattern heat seal, and then a separate steel printing roller. The two horizontal seals have good sealing properties and the bag shape is beautiful, and the batch number is clearly printed and the characters are not easy to punch through.

6. The heating roller is thick, reaching an outer diameter of 100mm, and other manufacturers are 80mm.

7. Large-diameter heat-sealing roller makes the heat-sealing roller more rigid and more uniform in surface temperature.

8. The printing batch number font is easy to install and replace, only a piece of magnet is needed to fix it without screws, and the font replacement is very simple and quick.

9. The pellet feeding device adopts the repeated push-pull method, and other manufacturers adopt the long-strip adjustment method, which is easy to change when disassembling and washing. When adjusting the dosage, if the bolts are loose, the installed amount will change. We use a whole, so that each volume regulator can be adjusted individually. (Feeders can be customized for customer materials).

10. The heating conductive ring adopts the rotating movable slip ring to be safer and easy to maintain, which solves the problem of friction and ignition using carbon brushes and safety.

11. Roll film can use three-layer composite aluminum foil PET+AL+PE or PET+PE two-layer composite film.

12. The benchmarking adopts American Bonner, which is more accurate, and the automatic correction system ensures the alignment of the double-sided printing patterns of the packaging bag.
